Cassa Constructions was founded in 1993 by Andrew Smith in Elijay, Goergia. Before founding the company, Andrew was a construction engineer for a large Oil and Gas Company which required him to be on the road for extended periods, as well as relocating several times. He decided to "change sides of the contract," and became a General Contractor instead of being an owner's representative. That decision paved the way for who we are today, a leading Commercial General Contractor with deep roots in the building and renovating industries.
